yes there is. dont bother downloading any software that will do this for you, all you do is connect your ipod to your computer, go to your start menu, then to computer, go to C: then look for your ipod there, click on the drive, go to the file that says ipod control, then to the file that says music, then the folders you see that say F00, F01, etc. right click on them and go to properties, in properties uncheck where it says hidden and click ok, then take that entire folder, right click it again, click copy (dont use "send to" if you do it%26#39;ll only work when you have the ipod plugged in to play the music) then go to your desktop and paste the folder there (it can take a few minutes to copy all the music) do this to each folder, one by one and voila! disconnect your ipod and click a song in the file and it should play in your itunes again. =) theres a software you can buy to take music off your ipod.its easy to find at walmart, target, and even easier to find at computer stores...there is a free way, but it is waaaay complicated and you%26#39;d have to listen to each song so that you can rename it back. Get a free iPod Video from this site, just by signing up and completing a few simple online tasks. It really works! You will need to have a 3rd party tool to help you as itunes blocks the ipod-to-computer transfer...see http://www.ipodtocomputer.net for help..it%26#39;s a shareware cost $20..it can copy songs, videos and playlists from ipod to pc only 2 clicks, works great for me, you can free download from there.
