I have home made videos, how do I put them into my iPod?

I have the newer 30gig iPod and the videos I%26#39;m tryin to put in are in WMA format. When I drag them into my iPod it say%26#39;s it can%26#39;t b/c iPod doesn%26#39;t play that format. How do I convert the format so my iPod will play them?
