I need help to unlock my ipod I know the password. but it froze I push the up arrow and the center it shows a pad lock on top of the screen.

that padlock only locks the screen, not the whole ipod. just slide the button at the top of the ipod to unlock and you%26#39;re set. plug the ipod into ur computer and see what happens.because i tunes usally unlocks the thing for you if that does not work than jsut go to the apple store. hold the middle buttion and the menu button to reset ur ipod, if that doesnt work, wait til the batteries run out and then, once it has some charge, turn it back on You should put it in the computer. Then it should not be frozen and then unlock it. I got a free iPod Video from this site. All I had to do was sign up and complete a few simple online tasks, and that was it! Highly recommended.
