I have an Mp3 player that wont take vids eventhough it is supposed to.?

I have a Creative Zen Vision:M 30 GB, and when I try to put videos on it says it can%26#39;t accept this format even after I change it to that format. This Mp3 player is supposed to take videos but it won%26#39;t.can someone help me figure out what is wrong?.PLEASE HELP!
