i have a Sansa 2.0GB in it wont turn on anymore the battery is brand new but it just stop working i charged it for 3 days so its not dead what should i do

hey! I have a sansa too!! (2 gb) one way to solve this is open the back cover take out the battery and put it back in. try charging it again...it should work! sometimes if you charge a battery too long it will stop working.
