i synchronized lots of songs! and they dont show up on the screen..even after doing that when i play my song! it goes to the menu and to the songs..it keeps doing that for 10 - 40 seconds and turns off.
i formatted the mp3 then evrything was okay...now i cant put anything in there...It is really messed up! What can i do.,thank u

Try to formatting the player again using this steps:
Before formatting, please set your Sansa to MSC (Mass Storage Class) mode. In MSC mode, your player functions as a regular removable drive. To set your Sansa to MSC mode, follow these steps:
1) Tap your menu button and select "Settings" and then select "USB".
2) On this screen, select "MSC".
To format your Sansa, please follow these steps:
1. Plug your Sansa into your computer then open "My Computer", right-click the drive associated with the player and choose "Format."
2. Set "File System" to "FAT" if your Sansa%26#39;s capacity is less than 1GB. Otherwise, select FAT32.
3. Click on "Start" to proceed in formatting your Sansa.
After formatting the Sansa, please go the link below to download the firmware update for your Sansa.
