Did you make your connections well connected? Did you put eveything back into place like it was suposed to be? Have you fully charged your battery? Have you reset your iPod?

You can send your iPod in and he will repair it and make it right for you, for a fee. I work on iPods myself, but I was reccomended to this guy for parts and assistance.
