I have an ipod nano, the problem is?

that when i turn it on it says 1 of 2 things, 1 contact the support at apple or 2. you can disconnect now. Can somebody help. thanks

restore the ipod from the computer and if that doesn%26#39;t work, contact apple If your under warranty, contact apple. Otherwise, you%26#39;re on your own. Try searching the apple ipod newsgroups for a similar problem, maybe an end user can help you. Send it back to Apple.
