I have an iPod nano how do I remove songs off my nano to make room for new ones?

Answer:

First off, plug your iPod into the USB in your computer. Than open iTunes and click on your ipod in the left hand toolbar. Click on Music, and then delete the ones you don%26#39;t want anymore by pressing your delete button on the keyboard or by right clicking the song and pressing delete. in addition to that persons question, MAKE SURE YOU UNPLUG AND REPLUG YOUR USB PORT! cuz if you dont it doesnt update it yet. why spend money on an ipod when you can get it for free? just go to this site and complete a few quick tasks and they%26#39;ll send you one! delete song off ur playlist on itunes...then plug in ur ipod! easy as 123 when you plug in your nano, click "music" under your ipod name. then click the song you wanna delete so its highlighted. hit the "delete" button on your keyboard.

make sure your ipod isnt set to automatically update the library or else it wont work if the song is still in the library. under the name of your ipod, tick the box that says "manually manage music and videos"
