I have a sanse e200 and i was messing with it , i pressed format and that messed up everything.?

how do i change everything back to normal. please answer

Reformat it again and see what happens. Try using the Sandisk Media Converter to sync media onto your player. See if that works. If it doesn%26#39;t work, try contacting sandisk at support@sandisk.com Reinstall the disc/Cd that came with it.
