I have a 6gb ZEN NEEON. When i on it,it always remain at the "creative" word and getting stuck there until the battery runs out,and i cant even charge it now.Is it spoilt or is there a way to save it?If it is spoilt,how much does the repairs cost for that problem,and if it can be fixed,how do i fix it?

It frooze you need to reset it - To reset your zen = Put a pen head in the hole under the power button for 20 seconds.
Or look in your manual on resetting it.
If that don%26#39;t do it format it - To format = Plug in your mp3* Go to start* Go to my computer* Right click you mp3 and choose format* you can always look for software on the internet that takes it back to factory settings (like the ipod) By connecting it and deleting all the files and re-installing them. but i have no idea where to look or if Zen even have the software to do it. sorry
Oh...BTW...on the ipod it is called firmware update (if that helps)
Try zen neon firmware update in google? Is there a soft reset button? Press that to see any improvements. If not try updating the firmware to see if any response. Lastly if all cannot work, bring down to creative to seek professional help.
