I asked this question yesterday but forgot to say that all my music has gone from the library in itunes and off my ipod - anyway I can retrieve it? Because it isn%26#39;t in the library I can%26#39;t click and drag back. Thanks guys look forward to your quick replies.

sorry to hear this but i made the same mistake with my nano and now my nano is not working. god knows why after the upgrade of software, they say the motherboard is broken as what apple told me.
anyway, there is no way for you to get back your music since all is gone and so is the library. When you upgrade it seems to clear or format the whole thing. Before i know i did not have this problem, but the latest itunes does have a gliche! i hate mac, the unit cost a fortune!* sniff* if you%26#39;re thinking of buying an ipod you should out this site first. they give you an ipod nano for FREE! all you need to do is complete a few quick tasks for them.
