I updated my ipod itunes and the update has deleted all my music off my ipod?

Is there anyway I can retrieve my music? Thanks you guys out there you always come up with a good answer.

check out this site, they give you an ipod FOR FREE!! i got mine last week and i%26#39;m luuuuvin%26#39; it! Just drag all the songs from the iTunes back to the iPod. it wont delete it off the PC or Mac re-synchronise and it will all be there. is ur music on itunes if yes then copy them all onto ur ipod if not then u couldnt have lost ur purchased songs they%26#39;ve all got to b there. dont worry this happened to me also. just go and sync them back on there duh that happens all the time.
