I wanna push two 4ohm rated 12" speakers with an amp that has stereo 8ohm outputz at 800 watts.

Will it blow? Amp or Speaker?...is there a way to wire them for compatibility?

If you want to use one speaker for each channel then get a couple of very heavy duty 4 ohm resistors and wire one in series with each speaker. That will protect the amp until the speakers melt. Wear ear plugs as a precaution! wire amp and speaker at 2 om safe way to go put a 4ohm resistor on each speaker wire to achieve the 8 ohm Resistance
