I need help . please?

I put my ipod on manually manage mode.But i cannot transfer song to my ipod.PLEASE TEACH ME. How to transfer song to my ipod, i had song in itunes that i want to transfer to ipod then delete to itunes.i dont know how to drag and drop. i try copy paste, but it did not work. what i need to do? please help me.
