plug it into ur computer as if u were gonna charge it and itunes should pop up saying how much memory and stuff u hav. above that there i sa button that says RESTORE. press that and it should put it back to the original settings but u will lose all ur songs. Go into settings%26gt;reset all settings and thay should do it.
I tried to reply to your email and it didn%26#39;t work so I will say it here:
The only other thing I can think of is to plug it into your computer
and click on it from itunes and click reset there but then that will also
reset your songs but it puts all the settings back at factory settings
so if you can%26#39;t think of anything else to do I would do that as a last
thing. if you%26#39;re thinking of buying an ipod you should out this site first. they give you an ipod nano for FREE! all you need to do is complete a few quick tasks for them. yes just do 1111 than do 1112 each time add 1 untill you get it umm plug it to i tunes and it will unlock by its self just plug the ipod into ur computer. The password will automatically get rid of the password. Then u can set anew one, but dont 4get it this time1
