That easy, its not well connected. The speaker wires should be soldered at every point. What%26#39;s happen is that every time the bass hits it rattles the wires loose causing the static. If you cant solder , re-cut the wires to give you more slack at the ends and use black tape to wrap the ends the of connection.And your good to go ! cuz you need to put the bass down a little u probably hear static cause 1)your amp is tweeked wrong2)your cd player is connected wrong or 3) your subs are distorted.
